WOKINGHAM BIKEATHON

As you know, I’m a bit of a keen cyclist, and we were delighted to work with the organisers of the Wokingham Bikeathon.  They asked PS Web Design of Market Harborough to produce a new and contemporary, fully responsive website design for this year’s event, and for subsequent years going forward.  Their original website was rather tired and not responsive on tablets or android and iPhones.  The organisers were also having difficulty updating website content and their seemed to be several problems with the existing registration and payment processing software.  The organisers were also very keen to use their new website to establish a registrant database for future events.

There was a very tight timescale for this responsive website build to have it launched within a 4 week window in time for testing and first registrants.  Utilising client images, bold colour schemes, effective navigation and above all efficient payment and registration processing, the client was delighted with the end result.   We also included functionality so that registrants can download helpful maps and GPX files and with extra reporting services so that the organisers would be able to manage the event registration process smoothly and efficiently on the day.

We have been delighted with the new web site for the Bikeathon. We were up against a tight schedule and found PS Web Design to be very responsive so we met our deadline with time to spare.
