Web development company PS Web Design were commissioned by Richard White Clocks to design and develop a web presence to reflect the company image and values

Richard White Clocks based in Smeeton Westerby specialise in the maintenance and restoration of church turret and tower clocks. They manufacture a range of automatic clocks winders, clock regulators, and strike controls. These innovative devices once fitted will reduce running costs by automation without compromising the clock’s originality.

The webdesign we hope does reflect old British heritage and the web development incorporated a content management system to allow Richard to update his blogs and any website content.

One challenge we faced was to get across the concepts of these devices, how they work and how they are fitted. This was done by incorporating a number of educational video footage. The website contains a number of embedded videos describing how these devices actually work and how they can be maintained and fitted. The company now offer consultancy and sell their innovative products world wide.
